Birth of Freeman Legal Services International

Hello there everybody!

For those people who have already subscribed to my YouTube channel I should like to thank you for your support BUT also apologise for the delay in two areas.

1. The delay in presenting access to Fremman Legal Services via the internet and
2. The delay in keeping the video updated, new video posting and failure to reply to some of the comments and questions posted on YouTube.

The reasons for this are quite simple.
Due to the fact that I was living in my camping car/motorhome, life was rather tough following its confiscation by "The Crown" on the 28th August 2012. My home  was eventually returned to me after the court case at Chelmsford magistrates on the 10/10/12 but the bill was for over £1,000. I was found guilty IN ABSENTIA by Judge John Woollard, even though I was outised the very doors of his Court No 3 with the Police officer witnessing against me!

The next part of the saga entailed me having to find a job and work from the camping car in the Cambridge area throughout October and into November. I served on tables as a waiter/server at Cambridge University and then got a job as a cleaner of National Express coaches, at of all places, Stanstead Airport. This was particularly difficult as the weather was becoming cold and Karin and me had very difficult times finding a place to park where we wouldn't be disturbed by police and the ever vigilant, nosy and downright "Neighbourhood Watch" peoples' police. The shift pattern was 12 hours per day 4 days on 4 off. The rate £6.75.

Eventually, we called it a day! Enough was enough and on the 18th November we decided to quit England for Germany.

I have been working in Germany since then and left to come to England for the court case on the 1st February 2013. I flewinto the UK on Monarch Airlines from Franz Joseff Strauss International Airport on ZB 1329 landing at 19:20 hrs UK time. I occupied seat 25C.

I entered England at 20:30hrs on Friday 1st February 2013 via Desk 3 of the UK Border Agency control desk at Manchester Airport.
I entered without producing any valid identification and refused to say whether or not I was in possession of a "valid UK passport" or "certificate of naturalisation".

I approached the desk and stated that: "I wished to exercise my prerogative to enter my country as a freeman under the natural and common law of England without producing a photo ID or official document and to be allowed to travel freely without let or hindrance as per the sentiments of Magna Carta 1215."

I also stated that I was now known as Peter of England and had informed the Crown that I had so changed my "appellation" and also re-affirmed and re-claimed my natural God given sovereignty. I also  communicated the fact that I DID have a "former name under which the authorities would have known me". This I provided them with.

I further notified the UK Border Agency that I was entering the UK to attend a court case on the 8th February 2013 at Chelmsford Crown Court and that this "form of entry into the UK" was to facilitate my defence in this case.

After a 20 minute wait, "Lou" at desk 3 returned and opened the barrier for me and said, "You are free to enter the UK!"

In I came. Thanked the men in suits (3) who were watching the unfurling of this issue and went through customs and out into the arrivals hall - back now in England.

It is worth noting that, during the "initial banter" with Lou over a 10 min period, it was obvious that if I provided a name other than that which was on the passport (if I had one) then it was very unlikely that I would be admitted. Ergo, I could not give them Peter Smith, Peter Michael Smith, Peter M. Smith or Peter of England. Fair enough.

What I did provide them with was THE PUBLIC SIDE STRAW-MAN IDENTITY of which Peter of England is the sole beneficiary and settlor, of which Peter of England is the PDG,CEO and MD of the TRUST and COMPANY entitled to use these titles, words, handles and names.On this basis of FORCE MAJEUR , Peter of England was prepared to "step from the private side (IHS) over to the PUBLIC side" in order to facilitate the "bringing into focus"of the straw-man identity upon which the Crown can work/act.
Practically, for now there is no  option if you wish to tarvel internationally. They hold all the keys and control all the doors.

ALAN PETER MICHAEL SMITH DOB 18/10/1957 is the PUBLIC straw-man personality which came into being on the DOB as a result of my parent's, naievity and unwittingly submitting my certificate of live birth to the Registrar of Births Deaths and Marriages in Stoke-On-Trent. From this point the implied and naked contract with the UK govt began. Child benefit payments began too! Cementing the contract.

The name Peter Smith, which I have up and until recently identified myself PRIVATELY,  belongs to the PRIVATE SIDE STRAW-MAN PERSONALITY which, as far as the Govt. is concerned is a STATUTORY NON-RESIDENT ALIEN, NON INDIVIDUAL in relation to the PUBLIC "PETER SMITH" or "ALAN etc"

The PUBLIC "John Doe" "APM SMITH" is a PUBLIC OFFICIAL, CITIZEN OF THE UK GOVERNMENT CORPORATE and a STATUTORY UK CITIZEN per Articles of United States Code as well as UCC as well as a suppossed non-rebutted antecedent contract, naked, simple, as well as an implied trust giving ABANDONED PROPERTY RIGHTS UNDER ADMIRALTY ATTACHMENT TO THE "being" of APM SMITH  brought into realization by the BERTH CERTIFICATE when he was placed in WARD or the Court/State in October 18th 1957 - and then abanoned.

If you do not reclaim your "being" then the Govt will continue to walk all over you til the Second Coming. You are in a legal contract with them and IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO JUSTIFICATION OR EXCUSE on your side. They have the Universal Binding Karmic Rights to husband and USE you as they wish. You have democratically elected them and so they are NOT acting illegally, from their point of view!

I hope the above, on this first post/blog. gives you some insight into the trickery and treachery which has been very cleverly perpetrated against you all. We know have the means as well as the know how to un-pick the knot which holds us fast.

For now please remember that your Straw-Man personality is like the raincoat you have borrowed from your neighbour to protect your child in a heavy downpour. When your neighbour asks for the raincoat back, or comes to take it, then HE DOESN'T TAKE THE CHILD WITH IT TOO!! Inviolable Human Sovereignty is YOU. The straw man is the shadow which falls onto the floor on the PUBLIC side of the fence. The Govt uses this as to profit from your dishonour - that dishonour is generated by you falling foul of ALL THEIR STATUTORY TRAPS AND REGULATIONS AND ORDERS AND BY LAWS AND COMMANDS.

Finally, remember that in the PUBLIC side, into which you were forced in 1931 with the withdrawal of the Gold Standard in the UK from whence you were ALL TOTALLY BANKRUPTED, you no longer had an ability to pay your debts with FINALITY OF SETTLEMENT under common law. You were forced to accept a line of BANKING CREDIT VIA THE Bank of England which rendered you a ward of the Bankruptcy Courts and then IMPLIEDLY unless rebutted by you, responsible for paying off the National Debt IN PERPETUITY, via taxation rights pledged to the GOVT/CROWN/HRE/VATICAN.
