Their propositions and arguments are facile, ignorant of fact as well as common law and custom and to boot, they are sworn Crown Agents par excellence who have sworn oaths to a Bar Council Standards Board, to the Law Society and if they step out of line by so much as a hair - they would have their Practise Liability Insurance pulled and so be prevented from practising !
